NO one can join my maps

when I make a server with one of my made maps, no one can join it
I have more then 5 scenery pieces,
i posted this before but i thought it was just the scenery problem but it isnt because my friend still cant join the server because it will saw map name not found or could not be downloaded,

can anyone help me here?

can someone please answer to this,
I'm starting to think making maps is pointless cause no one can join my servers,
and I would really like to play my maps online

Firstly, give people time to reply to your question, it won't help by posting again.

Have you given your map to your friends already or are they trying to download it from the server? Do you have an ADSL router?

well they are trying to download it from the server, and how would i figure out if it is an ADSL router

I am running the server,
I make it dedicated as well, then i just turn it off when I'm done ( not really dedicated i guess)
It seems dedicated servers are more reliable I think

thats not dedicated. for dedicated server download soldatserver.exe and download arsse. read the readme. maybe you have some isp problems, im not really sure.

I dont know if i have the latest dedicated server, how would i find out?
and when i try to get the latest it doesnt seem to be able to install
