I've managed to drop the price to about 1600 CAD. Also, on the 22nd Intels Quad Core (The one I have chosen) drops roughly 300$ due to new releases, so the total price will be around 1300 CAD, without shipping + handling.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!

Look at the graphics card! Radeon X1300LE... It lis like as fast as slowest GeForce 3's were like 6 years ago. No one will be bale to play ANYTHING with that, except maybe Soldat.

This looks WAY much better! Alot. ;)

The 8800GTS 320MB is same as 8800GTS 640MB mut with half of the VRAM. They are identical by speed, the half of the VRAM starts affecting only with high resolutions (1600x1200+) with Anti-aliasing and Anisotropic filtering enabled (AAx8, AFx16). So if anyone is about to get 8800GTS 640MB, please consider twice.

i use windows, toyed around with decent OSX (my school had it but it was ****) and fell in love. simplicity is beutiful
overpriced and not a gaming computer.

are you going with XP or Vista? if vista you want 4 gigs of ram.

I'd go with getting 4gb or RAM, just so you don't have to upgrade any time soon :)

Might try other sites like tigerdirect.com or newegg.com think both of those deliver to Canada.

Tigerdirect is Canadian.  If you live in the GTA you can pick up at their retail outlets.

-=Edit
Well maybe not Canadian but they have a Canada site and their own stores here.  www.tigerdirect.ca
