Hmm....

Lieutenant Killroy, the snow would be sort of like the previous Rain and Sandstorm settings.

And, I HAVE SEEN LIGHTNING BEFORE!

It's in ctf_zombiehouse in most zombie servers. You can see it, too. Every 10 seconds, a lightning bolt strikes in the background, so it is possible with scripting.

Oh, and, I do agree with this.

Don't say that you're Magic. Because you aren't, and I am.
All-around good with weapons that aren't long range, except in TW.

The "Weather Effects" in the game are png's moving around the map, so, I don't believe it will be too hard to add. F12.

That's a glitch with Soldat's rendering.
