Would you mind enlightening us with some details?  I know that myself and probably a few others are interested in what the cause of some of these problems are :P


edit: test6 crashed.  test5 did not.  running test7 now


What changed from test 5 to 6?

Weird... my test server is yet to crash from test7.... bah go back to test 5

Could you be sure you checked test7 correctly? And are you sure test5 doesn't crash?

Another test. This time theres alot of numbers written to the console in the Player Speak event to help us identify the line the error occurs on. Weird thing is, the crashes disappear when I put in the numbers in the console -_-

So if you get a crash, paste all the numbers aswell. They wont appear in admin console, only the terminal running the server.

And don't bother trying to use scripts with this binary. It has my half-developed v2 engine so every single function/variable is missing.

test5 definitely doesn't crash.  It crashed once, but I think that was some fluke occurrence, it didn't crash like normal.  It gave me that glibc/double-free error.

I'll change to test8 soon, and if that crashes a few times then test9

I copy my script folder from 2.6.1 to 2.6.2(9) and it doesn`t work.

it helps to actually read what the developers say if you're going to try and help

So OK, I overlook it.
My test result is:Soldat Server 2.6.2(9) is ?.


EDIT: I find bug-> When I add 8 bots (bots are very lagged in game) to the game and join,I get flood kick.(I have this problem in 2.6.1 too.)
