Stoping animations
« on: July 06, 2006, 09:32:46 pm »
i think this has been posted before but im to lazy to look

when you are doing an animation like /victory /piss /pwn and allot of the time unless you were in a high area you will get ownd because you have to wait for the animation to stop. well i think that if ur in the middle of an animation if you fire or jump you get out of it.

umm yeah

To be fair, that's the risk you take when you start /pissing on the battlefield.

By the way, a poll with maximum three votes per person? That's a bit odd, but okay.

I had a problem with that today, I was in a saw duel and we both paused to face each other across a gap, I did a little taunting and he dove at me before I could get out of it.   :P  very embarrassing.

I agree that if you do an animation in the middle of a game and get killed, it is your fault.  No need to change this

This, also, is something I have already suggested.

Doesn't really matter to me, I guess. On someone or another's advice, I'm teaching myself to give the E key a quick tap if I need to.

I never do animations during a game (especially a crowded one).  Sometimes after a round in R/S I do it, but never during a game.

i like /piss on the flag then being like "dont touch rthe flag! there is pee on it!"
Your acting like your having a duel and your opponent gets a pistol and you get a spork.
Isn't that pretty much what it is? I dunno wtf a spork is, I suppose it's way weaker than the pistol since you compared that to this.

I only do taunting when either very safe (Have just done a multikill and all enemies are dead) or knifes only.

I think this is a bit strange since you can get out of /piss atleast (I've done it occasionally)

If I were a MOD i'd lock this now.

Hey MOD, I'm suggesting a corse of action.

Just kidding.

But I think you should be able to fight when ur pissing.

Imagine u were pissing wen som1 attaked u.

The last post in this thread was over half a year ago. Have some common sense, please; don't resurrect old topics

... surprisingly, your "corse of action" was quite suitable ;D
