Nice list. I suggest you add Notepad++ to the "General Utilities And Other Applications" section as it is an awesome text editor.

CPU-Z (CPU/Motherboard/Memory information viewer)
WCPUID  (same as above, not continued anymore afaik)
Everest (Not even freeware afaik, old name was AIDA32, and this software is about computer information)

the CCleaner is useless, what I want is to basically wipe everything but the drivers and windows ME on my buddie's laptop, without defragmenting, so instead of bothering my buddies at 11 o clock ill just ask you guys, what program can mass delete files on windows ME?

As far as I know CCleaner is a really annoying adware program which I happened to have on my computer a while ago. It would pop itself up as a fake Windows Shield update message and try to get you to download something or other. It was actually pretty annoying to get rid of.
