[Request] Medkit spawner

Hello. I'm looking for a script that spawns medkits to the player's position who does /medic
BUT there should be some thing that players couldn't do it all the time, like between 3 minutes or something like.

But, that doesnt have timer... you can spawn them as much as you want :(
