Gostek Guide

Sorry if this has already been answered, I looked and couldn't see anything.

Does anyone know where I could find a guide to modding the Gostek?  As in, something that explains what parts in the Gostek file translate into which parts on the human body. 
Would be helpful if someone could point me in the right direction.

There are also 2 gostek guides in your gostek folder. One is a GIF with the translations labeled, and one is a TXT.

You propably use Opera (like me). IE is best for *.sk sites.
