have you ever took charge of a team on a server, and lead them to victory before? i haven't. everytime i go on a server, the teams don't have a leader. but please. discuss how you lead your clan to victory, and fraggin' the other teams butt!

well i was having a CW and i was playing with a guy on my team who was good and another guy who sucked and we were down 7-1 with 2 mins left and i was like wtf im tired of playing defence so i took the route nobody would take roof on voland grapbed flag returedn ours score 7-2... go abck up top grab flag rush to base score 7-3 with 1 min left... do same thing get flag return ours cap with 30 secs left 7-4..... my teamate gets flag die in mid low... i rush down grab it kill theire guy score with 10 secs left to make score 7-5

im not saying im that great at soldat eitehr and if you dont think its true then thats fine with me

Type of a leader but while playing a cw, i got 5 caps and my team mate deffended and they couldnt get through. I took the lead of attacking :/

If happens often when most of my team is camping in base and I run around the map, scoring in every minute. : )

I don't think having a leader in a team is good, the other teammates will feel a bit controled.
If you want good teamwork, start having each member of a team on the same level.

I kind of never tell my teammates what to do unless they make silly mistakes or something.

Just make sure it is your clan to lead before you go bossing around and yelling at players.

I like to always join the weak losing team. It's more meaningful if we actually won.

A team leader must be able to scout the area, inform the team where are the incoming enemies, EFC, FFC, where are the gaps of the enemy's base defense. And he must be a very good attacker or very good defender.

Personally I think defending is much more important. Imagine your enemies running all the way to your base only to get killed, again and again. It brings down their morale. And your soldiers can attack happily without the fear of own flag getting taken away.

Then you should also tell players politely to use proper weapons that helps more, and try to not be so commanding all the time. Give them tips to perform better with a specific weapon. And most important, just have fun and not take things too seriously. :>

Expect to lose a lot though, with a weak team. xD
Just feel content that you put up a good fight. I tried...... xD

I'm usually one of the only ones who uses the informative taunts like LoneWolf was talking about (EFC HIGH, INC MID for example). I think that I am ocassionally the leader of my team and some of the other team (Lol). When I start owning the other team with a Minimi, I suddenly see more than half of their team pick up the weapon themselves... xD Oh and its REALLY funny when I get on a Deagle spree and then all the noobs try to use Deagles. That weapon just isn't noob friendly, so it makes it so much easier hahahah.

I always suggest, when im alpha in infiltration, to have a group attack.

other than that, i leave my group alone.
