It's from a character named Spire.

all the values of the bars are on around half.

Pretty nice, although I feel it might be a little too in the way/distracting. Maybe I'll try it out later.

There is better interface. Its blue though. And its not so blocky. Its in the int pack. U need to smooth it a bit. And shade. Nice effort though..
