Well it randomly gave  me this msg after i hit the 'back' button. I really appreciate it.
EDIT: turns out to be not so random. it just gave it to me again when hitting 'home'. strangely, im not banned. Whats with fracs.net?

Someone else on your ISP with similar IP addresses was probably banned.  Whenever it gives you the banned message, please do this:
1) go to http://www.whatismyip.org
2) e-mail that IP to admin@forums.soldat.pl and say "I'm  boer, I shouldn't be banned, here is the IP I have: <put the IP here>"

I'll remove any bans that effect you.

Yeah, I knew it was only a glitch, its just weird that one moment im 'banned' the next i can post or whatever( of course thats how i knew its a bug).
