First time you ever played soldat

i somewhat remember my first few games,  my old roomates brother showed me the game, and i was testing out the guns, and was like, OH EM EFF GEE!! I R TEH PWNZORZ WITH TEH BARRETT.  and we played a few games and i remember kickin his ass, but getting stomped by alot of other people. then i discovered my eventual love for the mp5 and stuck with it ever since. i also remember my roomate used to laugh at me for playing it cause it had shitty graphics compared to what we were playing, (CoD, HL2, Doom3 and the like) finally after about a year i got him to try it, cause he was bored with the rest of our games, and he loved it ever since

When I played Soldat first, I didn't have Internet. I got it from CD. I played with the Bots, and I liked the game much, coz i love games with graphics like that. I owned Boogie Man with MP5 xD

If I remember correctly I came to Soldat through the Liero clan Terror Sabbath along with Social Poison.

Some guy called Shadowfax found it and posted it on the forums, so then I switched to D11 which had a Soldat section, and there you go. I think I started off with a Steyr, but within a couple weeks I was using the ruger. So yeh, Ruger since 1.0.5b, woo.

O yeh, Flanagan came from Terror Sabbath too.

i remember my first time like it was yesterday....

I finally finished the download. i excitingly opened the folder. the screen was messed up so i had to restart my computer(that did the trick). i didnt even play against bots. i went online, for 1 minute i was just standing there watching the game play.....
it was beautiful. i sucked big time, but omg it was about the funnest thing i have played since timesplitters. the screen movent, the guns... it was all so great, i soon became like all the other noobs, i used the minigun. then i thought the best thing was hk-mp5.. not even close, then i looked at the m79... i loved it, i think its a tool of the professionals, you really have to be skilled. (spas is my 2nd fav) ever since then i had a fun time playing this game, thank god for gameinformer for putting this game in the section, about the games that are awesome but few ppl play.

I had it for about 3 months before I got internet of any sort, and played against bots. I still loved it.

When I finally did get internet, it was dial-up. So of course everything lagged like hell, but it was one of the first versions before any anti-cheat was incorporated at all, so everyone and their brother was dumping full-auto bottomless 40mm grenades all over the map.

Nowadays it's pretty much everything I want it to be. I have a few problems with it (no point in having cover if everyone moves insanely fast, ect.), but games just never get this good. Especially free ones. The only one I can find to compete is Wulfram.

i rember my fist time.I thought the game would be crappy since it 2-d.But my fellow clan members from americas army insisted that i played it.so i yryed it out and fell in love because the cool guns you can use and fast game play.My first server was a deathmach then i found zombie match's and thats how i got real good at them playing em non-stop.There use to be like five zombie servers now theres only 1.I'd be real sad if there were no more .

i played with bots for a whole year before going to a server because i wanted o not be noob when i joined. yeah lol. well then i played with m79/socom for about 2 years. i then did a short auto phase. then i played with m79 for a while. i took like a 3 month break. then i played for another year with m79. then i started using autos against people again in ctf. that i did for a while. now i play r/s because i would win half of all ctf matches because of the increase of noobs. so for about 2 weeks ive only been playing r/s except for 1 normal game i think. my first game was a one on one with sniper, i cant believe i remember it, sniper won, and i used ak for most of the match, the bots were on normal, and it won by only a lil. i cant remember what map it was though.

My first game was on a public server, where I actually had a 1:1KD with the Deagles <3

I thought "This game is going to be the shit" the second I layed eyes on a screenshot.

The first time i played it was in CTF_confused, and i ended up picking up all the different weapons, but switched to chainsaw accidentally and couldnt get back that life, so my friends i was playing with all ran up to me at once and i got a double kill with a chainsaw.

man. my first day, eh? I know I played with bots on single player (as it would be moths, sadly, before I discovered online playing), and I played on inf_Warehouse (still an awesome map) because the sound of infiltration was cool. I liked the name boogie man, and put that bot (he's the dude who always uses the chainsaw) on the other team and it made me mad cause he kept fragging me and I couldnt kill much. I was also really pissed off cause I saw people flying around everywhere (jetpacks) and I didnt know how to do it... it's all kinda fuzzy, but those are what I remember best

Me and one of my mates started playing at the same time, so we went into the same server. We were both running around together, occasionally killing someone between us (lol we were such noobs  ). Then i ACTUALLY CAPTURED A FLAG!! I know, i know, i'm amazing. 
That was my first match and it was awesome!

I first played Soldat, I couldn't stop for 2 hours, then my computer crashed and I stopped.
