That message comes up if you have not registered Soldat, and will continue to do so until you register. You still aren't required to register if you don't want to, but I any many others suggest that you do.

Although the price is $13.99 if I'm not mistaken... are you sure it says $1,000? It shouldn't...

maybe a mod or something. I think numguns ERA mod changes the language and it says 1000$? But I'm not so sure it was that mod tho...
