I dont see any problems with the bullet, it isnt going to affect gameplay anyway.

If you don't like how the the bullet looks, just change it yourself. IMO, the bullet looks fine, and I'm sure most people feel the same.

I completely agree, you can just mod this yourself.  They're already fine as they are now.

yeah, go and change the bullets in your soldat folder, (remember to have a backup of the bullet if the new on is crappy)
