I'm soon about to format my HDD, will I loose my registration and how can i save it?

No, you will not lose your registration.

All you need to do is hang on to the reg key and the program that comes in the email that you got and follow those same instructions in the email on your new installation of windows.

How new is your computer Centurion?
Microsoft started making one time use keys about 2 years ago and if you have like e-machines then you probably wont be able to activate again.

You will lose registration until you re-run the registration file (the .reg file) - so just back that up onto a jump drive or whatever and you're good to go!
1.4.2 should be coming out any time now...
