Endgame/Screenshot stuff
« on: August 01, 2007, 03:46:55 pm »
Since 1.4 I've had a problem with this.
1. Only 1 in 10 of them ever get taken. (automatic endgame shots and screenshots)
2. They take a long time to show up in the folder.
3. There are often up to 5 of the same picture.
4. They are aweful quality.

Attached is an example of the quality, some are worse, some better.

Umm, It seems that it saves RGB-values of pixels as pixels to the files.

Pixel is created of Red and Green and Blue "sub-pixels", it seems it saves them to the files as REAL pixels. Is the files 3x of the size of normal filesize? (2700 kb, or more?)

I had exactly the same problem, except the quality of mine was always fine. Sometimes I'd get multiple identical screens, and more often than not, I wouldn't get any at all. It's working better now, but I have no idea what the problem was, sorry.

I used to have this as well, now I just take it manually if I need it.

Yesah its 2.25 mb, but there are also some normal sized ones, perfect quality, random shots that I dint even take. Like, ingame shots that are labeled as endgame stuff. Kindof strange, I would like to know whats up...
