I think this link is pretty cool.  From it, you can see traffic activity at soldat.pl, thus it could be reasoned that it roughly correlates to worldwide Soldat popularity.

Now... notice that BIG FAT spike of soldat activity in mid-May.  It seems to correlate to the height of the SCTFL 10 freeplay season, eh? 

Others might read the data differently or have other interpretations.  But my guess is that SCTFL 10 helped create the largest popularity spike in Soldat history!  Click on 5year to really appreciate how massive this spike is/was.  Cheers to the SCTFL team, huh?

I am also gratified to see that Soldat popularity overall is still on a steady rise.

The end of schooling marks the end of may...doesnt it?   This also might give a reason why.
