hi guys arent you pisssed off when your team is wining and the game is perfect for you..and then some stupid noob speed hacker come and make 10 caps for 20 sec and your team lose map after map... >:( and the admin dosent kick or bann him because he is on his team  :'(

No - I usually don't care if my team is wining or not, because public games never are balanced and thus being proud or happy about a win is not an option for me :E. If there is a hacker I votekick him or change the server or (more likely) go to a private game.
