i need help keep getting kicked for "battle eye" violation help!!!!!

anyone can u help me i keep getting kicked from servers for a battle eye violation but i just installed the new battle eye any help!?

What is the exact violation? And before you say you dont know, please watch carefully what it says ingame.

its like i get in the game and then i just get kicked i went on another forum on here and it says about the exact problem im getting but i cant use the llink to dowload wut i need to fix the problem. when i am in soldat on a server is says somthing like:

battle eye cliet: failed to rename update file
battle eye client succsesfully updated: restarting
battle eye client: initialized
 
then later on i get kicked for battle eye violation

$able posted this solution earlier, it may or not be related to you, however, because this happens to Windows 98 users:

"This is a known bug.

Go to your BattlEye directory, delete the BEClient_x86.dll file and manually rename the BEClient_x86.dll.new file to BEClient_x86.dll."

If that doesn't do anything, then I'm afraid I cannot assist you any further.

well first off i have windows ME (i know it gay....) and second when i tried to use the link it wont let me download it it displays a error massage so could some one post the link on here

You dont need to download anything. Do this:

As soon as you get a pink "Failed to rename update file" ingame, disconnect, delete BEClient_x86.dll and rename the BEClient_x86.dll.new file to BEClient_x86.dll in your BattlEye folder.

Make sure you dont wait until you are kicked, otherwise the new file might be corrupted/incomplete.

ok you join a server and the files are getting downloaded once you see the message "Failed to rename update file" appearing in game then disconnect and then go to your BattlEye folder and there it will be two files. BEClient_x86.dll and BEClient_x86.dll.new. now you delete the BEClient_x86.dll and chagne the name of the file BEClient_x86.dll.new to BEClient_x86.dll.

Can you enter the following in the Windows Explorer address bar: %appdata%
Then delete the Soldat folder over there.

Do a fresh reinstall of Soldat 1.4.2 and DONT apply the 1.4.1 BE update package.

Try these things:

Reinstall Soldat
Stop using hacks (if any)
Make sure you have no programs running in the background while playing
Scan your computer for viruses and spyware

Normally you can run other programs without any problem though.
