When you play soldat, alot of players will camp in grass, but alot of players just move they're cursor over hiding spots and see the player name or the cursor goes red... i beleive scenery that is put Infront of the map should disable the option to notice enemy if they're hiding in a bush, tree, barrel etc, or maybe only make this work in realistic mode, or an option to activate/deativate it on your server.

Yeah I'm playing Inf_Super Mario and sometimes I feel like using the tunnel like a lamer and I sudden get chainsawed by Major. I vote yes.

If you point at a crouched or proned enemy, the cursor doesn't turn red. I think that's good enough.

i dont, thats why i started this thread. Like i said

"you could make the Anti-Cursor Scout only work in Realistic Mode" because it would make it realistic, or have an option to turn Cursor Scouting on/off on your servers

No, he doesnt. Scenery is just that, scenery. It doesnt change the other things of the game, its just there to be pretty

it shows name so you wouldn't hide until the end of round, btw if you hide for about 1 min, your a lame fucker and you should go die, nothing about this should be changed. Soldat is a fast paced game and if you hide like a little girly pussy then your just lame...

I m for a realistic game without that but ......

after all the real problem is the camper (and sniper

) !!

you don't have to be sawed in a tunnel if there no fu*king camper

and to find a guys hidding in a large battlefield you REALY need to search
if you find him really easely it's because it's a camper who never change place ...

but there just to check the hidding zone ...
the barret camp in close zone where we can't take another way is a worst problem

ok, if you were going to hide in a bush and try to kill, you would NOT STAND

When you crouch, it is hard for the cursor to go red. When you go prone - it's impossible in the fast-paced game.

I don't know if you know anything about any sort of good gamers or snipers, but you never, ever stay in the same place after a kill. It defeats the purpose of a sniper. If you stay in the same area over and over, your oppenant will know were you are. and counter against that. Campers should always move.

With that all said, campers are still gay. But there are always ways against them.

to me this is just a whining thread. who cares?
if your camping you should be prepared for anything. your not man enough to go in. so just camp there with your little barret and kill them when they pop over the cliff. or if you die, you just learned a lesson. STANDING STILL IN WAR IS NOT ALL THAT SMART.

Isn't the barret supposed to be for... sniping? I don't think real snipers run straight at the enemy like idiots. They use TACTICS (what unskilled players on Soldat call camping) and do their job, which is to eliminate the enemy without being seen. A sniper rifle wouldn't stand a chance against an assault rifle at close range since it's bolt action. Real life doesn't work like Counter-Strike does.
