I think it's a bad idea because it would mean a larger download for the servers.

Look team speak is hard to use. You can just expect people to download it and know how to use it. I think it should have a voice chat system. Check out my topic on  Voice chat

ventrilo is better than teamspeak imo, and it uses less memory.

but think soldat voice chat will create more lag.
