Erm, you can't just rock up and say "HI GUYZ IM AN ADMIN".... What experience do you have? Are you even known on any communities? Why should you be trusted? Administrated any other servers other than crappy 1-week pubs?

Usually server owners look for admins - not the other way around. And when they look for them, they usually don't make a topic in forum, they ask their loyal friends. Atleast the good ones I think.

Lol. What do you do there, just pause the game and change maps in cw's?

What admin really needs to do? Just be active with the server and kick/ban unwanted people.

Though, with the power, there comes the abuse and not so many people can handle themeselves. (Got some personal experience of asshole admins.)
