I played the demo, do you really walk that slow? I held shift for an hour.

Uh. If everything's at default, you shouldn't need to hold shift. Shift toggles walk and run. If you'r injured in the leg, you'll limp, so you might as well be walking.

And it is SWAT, if you run too fast, you might trip and shoot yourself.

no no, i could crawl faster, and i tried to see if it was just toggle, but no you have to hold it.

There's no run in the game, you're walking. Your just not used to it because in most games the character is running or jogging, and then sprint is like 100 kph. Suck it up, this is a tactical game not some run and gun game.

no this is just freakishly slow, not even sub-walking speed. like almost tip-toeing but slower.

Freakishly slow? I want you to walk around your house. It's probably not even much faster, and plus the fact your not being so cautious, not worrying that some guy can come around the corner and blow your head off.

I got this game just now and I can play it just fine online.
I would love to play some coop too, but I am unsure of what will happen if I patch it

It's not really that. The hard part is to actually find the game in stores and I'm living in a small town where we only have one shop with pc games and swat 4 is not there. So i would have to spend money on a buss or train ticket to go to a city where they have Game and EBGames. I could use an online store but i'm going to move in less than a week so that's not an option right now.

For now I'll use the one I'll have just to see how fun it is.

Lol, he didn't buy it. He used hamachi to setup a virtual lan connection. So he can play with his cracked Swat 4.
