Honestly, I think there's nothing better than either arcade pads, or light guns, but I chose keyboard and mousse, because of it's versatility. I definately prefer controllers for casual gaming, and the wiimote for, well, wiimote based games.

I said mouse and keyboard but for game like halo, i can only ever use a controller on max sensitivity (sweep sniping ftw)

mouse and keyboard - but I do prefer playing video games on a console on TV.

Overall I prefer mouse and keyboard.
However I do still like the controller as its easier to just lie back in your chair and lazily thumb the controls.

Lol, its true.. You can play RTS with a controller.. they made Command and Conquer 3 for the xbox 360 I think, or was it the xbox.. it was one them, and you have to use a controller.

I use the dancepad for every game that doesn't need shoulder buttons.
The only problem with the wiimote is that it's hard to hit the 1 and 2 buttons quickly, otherwise, its like having less keys and two mouses.  And it has less buttons than most controllers, but doesn't need as many.
