Lobby Not Responding..

I realy dont know what the problem is..
when i quiitted playing it was 1.3.1, so i downloaded the latest version 1.4..
when i tried playing, i just couldnt use the lobby, dont know why.. any ideas?
 P.S.
now im using 1.4.2 with ASE clients

Can you be more specific about what it says when you try to get to the lobby in-game?

Well, im just pushing request servers, and it sais lobby not respoding, check if your internet connection is off or somthing..
another problem is, im connecting to server and then it sais somthing with BattleEye and i get kicked..
