Disallowed weapon BE kick

There seems to be a little glitch in soldat:
when i joined my games that had all weapons disallowed, if I press the keyboard number 2 (so as to pick the HK) the server immediately kicks me for having a disallowed weapon - and I don't even get the HK... just something small and easy (me thinkgs) to be fixed...

This must be in a server, correct? That means it's probably the server that is bugged, not soldat.

It's not BattlEye, I've had it when playing with the weapons.ini file (set fireinterval to 1). Since my server refused to connect to the BE master server and I was too lazy to fetch the BE update (I only needed to test the weapons.ini) I turned off BE and it still gave the same message. However, it didn't kick me. It said I was cheating by using a disallowed weapon (I don't know the exact message anymore, sorry).

Terribly sorry $able, it wasn't BE - I guess I associated a yellow error message with BE...  And I thought everyone who blamed BE for an error when it wasn't BE was stupid :/
