hey idk if this is wrong or anything..........
well my friend gave me his reg key cuz he was moving to another state.so he gave it to me cuz i cant conatct him to change the name .......
is it possible to change the name its under?

it is only ok for you to use/keep it if he isn't using it, and even then I'm not sure.
