Sending JOIN GAME test Failed (Need Help)

i open my ports i got us robotics modem i close firewall and antivirus but i cant join server 9999 ping step 3 failed on test. look at pic


and my port configs i dont know which ip adress to put in and i try too ip 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2 look at the pic



If anyone can help Thanks a lot...  :(

I think it's not your IP address, but your internet providers. Yes, I have the same problem as you. I'm running this Livebox thingie and I realy don't know how to unlock my ports. Where to make it all work?

You can't forward the same port(s) to 2 different computers.
