Alright, some of you may have heard I've been working on a version of Neo-Arsenal without the buttons. It was actually ready a few days ago, but I had to wait for PapaSurf to give it the okay, which of course he did.

So, now the image you'll look at without reading the above paragraph:

Personally I can't help but think how awesome that image is when I see that much awesome stuff in the same place.

Included in the attached .zip file is 71 Interface-gfx\Guns images in .png format; all images released in Neo-Arsenal except for those WWII ones which have no partial transparency. Just rename and use them, no need to change the extension. I tested some of them and they work fine.

Also included:
  • Single versions of the Desert Eagles and Dual 92FSs.
  • Modified versions of the AUG (black) and G36C (silenced) I made for some people.
  • The above promo image, as well as the .xcf file I used to make it so you can get your hands on a backgroundless button version of the image if you want. You'll need The GIMP to open and edit the image, though, but each layer is a separate weapon.
  • A readmeh file giving you some info about how I made this, how long it took, why there isn't a TMP and the boring copyright info.

Comments are appreciated. And not just the "OMG HAWT SECKSY IMAGE I WANT 1337/10" stuff.

Damm this shiat looks hawt. realy nice! its made realy good! kudos to you PapaSurf and xwd.
Btw, are u going to add more guns? that would be cool ;)

Excellent, but since I haven't seen the base mod from which your worked with I'm not in a position to point out anything (there isn't anything to point out anyways xD).

could you also post some ingame screenshots? don't want to download unless i know how it looks ingame
(downloads/internet is pretty slow)

Bunney: This was all of PapaSurf's stuff; none of it was my own. I just got really bored and messed around with GIMP. I am "working" on a new mod, though.

Henito Kisou: Tee hee, thanks. I really just made that using a black layer over what I wanted black in a few minutes, glad to see you like it.

Espadon: Unfortunently, it seems that PapaSurf's image hoster went down. A back-up of the original images has been uploaded to the forums, see this post.

TBDM: The download is 171.04 KB, with a 56k modem it'd take you about 5 seconds to download it. In any case, this mod only has interface images. But I bet if enough people ask PapaSurf nicely enough, he might make weapons-gfx.

Papasurf, pwease pwetty pwease make the weapon gfx :P

xtishereb, nice work there! Hope it will encourage papasurf to make weapons-gfx and maybe ultimately releasing this as a full mod with sounds etc or if someone could, with his permission, make those.

I hope Papasurf makes weapons gfx.. theres no point in downloading an M4 and when you click on it you get an ak in your hands. :P It only replaces on the menu screen.
