It works quite good. Not 100% hack-proof but there is no such system yet and never going to be.

There is never gonna be a 100 % anit-hack programs , since hackers develop new programs that anti-hack programs dont detect. Thank god for hackers.
That's when people like $able come along, find the hack, and update the anti-hack program to detect the new hack.

News flash!! Soldat and BE arent your average programs. they are low budget anyone with a 5th grade education an the right programs can hack them both. Its just keeping up with the hackers which is getting almost impossible. In 1.4.1 i have seen a capture the flag match with BE where if you shot and hit a certain person it automatically warped you to him and you died. It was happening to everyone on there. Everyone left because of it. There is always gonna be hackers. The total 15 mins i got to play 1.4.2 there was so many hackers it wasnt even funny. I only play on BE servers to. I hate hackers. BE does not really do its job as well as everyone says it does.

I just played some hacker yesterday who entered the ctf server and started knifing everybody. Still, as people said, no anticheat program is 100%, but it works decently I think. As I mentioned, in other games Ive played, hacking is 100% absolutely rampant.

I haven't met on hackers in 1.4.2 and I haven't seen Battle Eye banned one, but im sure it does the job, not 100% but pretty well.

I agree with that. I see far less hackers now than then.

BattlEye works, but we can`t find all Soldat hacks if they are private.Major part of Soldat hacks is detectable.

Like others have said, its not 100% protected, but I have seen many less hackers since BE was added.

i was playing in the AK server, which has BE ON, and guess what happen?
This guy comes in, and starts hacking. I didnt suspect a thing but them i realize that he was always with knife and he was always throwing like 2 and still have a knife. So heres what he used:

1)Knife hack (got my attention when he throw 5 knifes at one time and still had knife, and always using knifes)

2)Respawn hack (yes, why? cause one time i killed him, and them he respawns next to our flag)

3)Teleport hack (WAS pretty obvious when he was warping all around the map and killing the flag carriers)

So BE? Why didnt u kick this ****er? Why?

And what pisses me of is that no one kicked it,not even with vote kick, only when he used the obvious teleport hack...like 10 minutes later is where he got vote kicked
I play on this server too, i seen this newbie with hack. When I vote him peoples don`t kick him. This is big problem with community."BOYS WHEN YOU SEE CHEATER PRESS F12 NO F11!" They haven`t got Anti-Kick Hack.I find new "private hack"I hope: Next Battleye update can detect it.

hmm, well battle eye does stop the obvious hacks and older hack programs, but some of the new hack programs that are out will envitably get past it... (watch this space)!

Even if it works it still doesn't allow to play more innocent players than real cheaters...

I second that emotion.

I haven't seen a single hacker since Battleye was initiated. On another note, it's a great way to automatically get rid of the noobwiches who are too brain-dead to even update.
To sum up my point: We had a multipage debate about toilet padding. (Putting TP in the water so you don't get splashed.)
And we still don't know if dead guys can keep a stiffy.

Interesting, a couple of minutes ago I was administering a server and I saw this:

This is the first time I see this "Gamehack #0" message.
The guy was banned for just 5 minutes so I'm wondering here.. is this "Gamehack #" message something new, something that already existed in BE or is it the old "Corrupted Memory #" message that has been changed?

No, its definitely a hack, you can permanently ban him.

Thank you $able.
But in this case, shouldn't the server ban him for a lot more than 5 mins? :)

Indeed it should, however the BattlEye DLL doesn't tell the server what kind of kick it is.

Normally BE should do the banning on its own, and not Soldat. However there is no GUID in this game, so all BE can do is kick.
