Yeah but pirates have huge ships to counter that. Ninjas can't afford huge ships and wouldn't know how to use one if they had it.

They don't need ships, they can sneak onto other peoples ships undetected and use them as a form of transport.

I look at it this way, you have to go through years of training and crap to get a title and learn how to kill people and stuff.. with pirates you can really do the same thing.. kill people and get rich sloppier but faster and more fun added, cause ninjas are no fun at all... so pirates
