Polygon Problem

I've made my section for the Forum Map project, but when I create a server the polygons are like... scenery? I dunno, it's like you can see the polygons, but you just fall right through them.
Can anyone give me any input?

Compile = Make everything solid.
File->Compile to PMS or press F9

lol, so PolyWorks-assumptive
In any form of MapMaker, it's "Compile Map" at the top. Then save it afterwards.
