"reguesting game"

I do non-dedicated server and somebody want to join my game, there reads : "Reguesting game"  but they cant join. Options : Internet on, no password, server name ok,  register to lobby server on...

All is allright but anybody cant join
I have tried dedicated server and same thing .. cant join

Can this be the problem :

 1. I have changed guns properties like ammo, speed...
 2. Can firewall block joining ?
 3. or I have done own maps with polyworks, and I play them on my server. can          players join then ?

You have not opened the Soldat ports on your firewall/router.

Who's your ISP? If u got elisa, it's screwd up. My friend has it and he has only one external IP (or what do u call it) for all his computers at his house. He also can't host anything properly =(

Or then again you could just have a similar modem (aka router) as that guy. It has an internal firewall, and he doesn't want to mess with the ports.

Virtually every ISP only gives you one external IP; this is normal, and unless every ccomputer has it's own modem, is the same for everyone. That's what port forwarding is for, and unless you have a router (or modem with built in routing) that sucks, you can host just fine.

I have DNA internet.
 I can host servers in counter-strike but cant in Soldats

I could host server and it work just fine, but nowadays anybody cant join ... reads only "Requesting server"....

I have reinstalled soldat and it doenst work, damn I say

Your firewall/router IS blocking it. You need to configure it to work with Soldat. Simple as that.

ISP is not doing anythnig there. Firewall is the problem. What about trying to set port to same used by CS, and then trying to connect. Does it work?

Though, hardware firewall might be blocking it aswell.

Port forward/allow traffic for TCP 23083 (game port + 10).

The server said to a one player : "you dont have map or you cant download it."
the map was my own made..
Where I put that download on ?
Players cant download my maps

Make sure that Allow_Download=1 is set in Soldat.ini and that your ports are properly forwarded.

I dont have router, and I have accepted soldat on my firewall ( F-secure).

Iam newbie at port forwarding, so I bet the problem is that.
