Funny moment...

Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of this event, but I was playing some CTF, and another player threw his deagles at me, as far as I am aware this was an attempt to throw his knife at me, of course this was immediately met with a blast of spas12 goodness.


If it happens again and I manage to notice it in time, I'll try to get a screenshot.

I accidently do that in Trenchwars when I'm Medic. I keep forgetting to switch to secondary BEFORE I attempt to heal, and I end up starting this crazy drop-pickup limbo thing.

OMG This just happened to me in hexer a few mins ago....this guy kept tryin to throw his sec. but instead he threw his pri. lol I was like WTF???  He did it like 4 times in a row....musta been mouse problems....

Yea I do it a lot too.  You are moving about pressing every key at one point, thinking you've switched weapons and then you throw your primary on accident  ..  I always seem to be the victim of this though.

I do this ALOT. Reason? I time my throw with the sound. I hear that classic sound that the knife's pulled out and throw, but the game is just tricking me. Maybe I should edit the sound so it has like this pause until the knife is actually out.

I see that happening a lot and it happens to me a lot too. People don't take into account the delay of switching weapons so they end up pressing their throw key when the weapon switch is in mid-cycle. It gets pretty annoying having to wait for the weapon switch.
