Keep the texture the way you've got it. It looks great. If there wasn't any stetching, it would look very knarly.

Hmm, waypointing this seems simple. I guess the hard part is learning how to, then you learn tecniques along the way to improve yourself. You could have another person waypoint it, but you'd be more aplauded if it was your own work.

Edit:

Well, mk I downloaded your map, and one thing I notice right away. You have your player spawns right next to the flag. That isn't quite how it's done. Make the spawns at a bit of distance away so that the flag capturers won't get auto-killed by spawners. It gives each team more of a chance, and it's a bit harder to save the flag as well thus being more fun. Another thing. You left out veg_vine_10.png from the scenerys folder in your map release, and surprisingly, I don't have that scenery.

Of course there will be a lot of spray, but that is nothing to complain about so don't worry about it. Now for your map, waypointing might be a little more difficult since you have to make the bots jump and jet to get to the flags, so I could understand why you might be having some difficulties.

Other than that, it's pretty good.

hmm that's odd

I used a mappacker to pack my map.

I'll have to go investigate about that scenery.

I'll move the flags to a different location from the spawn or maybe move the spawn instead. I see what you mean though, ty for the help.

uhh i'll put it up.

Oh I haven't changed the flag placement in this version.. since i was preoccupied with some other things..

If you dont mind that then download this version, I might put up a fixed one tomorrow.

Here is one where i moved the spawn to balance out gameplay.

There are no waypoints though, so this is a Multiplayer only map i guess.

Erm what should I say... At first the good thing: It looks good, I've seen better looking maps but it's very good-looking for first map. But this layout, I really didn't get into it... The huge bottom way, which is flat (except boxes and middle "hill") and it's too big vertically, it's like a huge open square. Then the top way, it's also too huge vertically for a route and I hope you don't use these "only bullets collide" polygons in this kind of way (my hint: don't use them at all). These "Only bullets collide polygons" are also too broad, flag carrier is able be hiding behind them and the enemies have no chance find him... Furthermore there are needless places for gameplay all over the map :(. Well something good: this isn't spray map cos there is so much air that it's senseless to spray, in spite of that this is map for autos... So keep on working with designing map, it's something you can't read from manuals...
