Actually I wanted to test out my WACOM pad. The size restrictions in this forum are too strict to do this avatar justice, so I'm not even gonna use it here.

It was resized from this concept art of my DEV armor...

What WACOM tablet are you using? I've bought a WACOM Graphire 4 Classic myself but I haven't found time to draw

The way the guy is facing the edge the was pissing me off. So here is a more dynamic version.

#1) 16x9 facing negative space
#2) Mirrored for placement on the left of the page (this forum)
#3) More effective 2/3 negative space

One negative tough...
Its smaller, less detail.

Man, you take alot of inspiration from MJOLNIR armor from Halo 2. Maybe you a bit more originality to the armor (mostly the helmet.)

I actually figured it looked more like a mix of the suit itself (3rd generation armor) from the Halo novel: Ghosts of Onyx mixed with the helmet style of Halo 2, but a bit condensed. I'm impressed with in nonetheless...now if only we could shrink it...

Unfortunately, quite a few people think that because MJOLNIR armor is just so iconic and ubiquitous. Power armor has been around for a long time. And perhaps its just because I'm critical, but I don't find much resemblance between the Revenant helmet and MJOLNIR.

It's mostly just that visor that makes me think of it like the Chief's helmet. Oh and come on, I can see a strong presence of MJOLNIR inspiration in the armor.

I don't see how the helmet... ...maybe the 'brim' is MJOLNIR-ish, but I got the inspiration more from the Clan Elemental battle armor from Battletech/Mechwarrior (FASA version) than from the MJOLNIR.

...the armor is more disjointed than MJOLNIR...I think it's mainly the similar bulk that gives it the MJOLNIR feel. [The MJOLNIR armor is an avatar I made for a former clannie]
