I made this thread so people can tell there tips and secrets and other stuff. You don't got to read what I wrote, it's nothing important its just some tips on sawing. Just give tips and secrets etc... on thing in Soldat.
 
  I made this thread so people can tell there tips and secrets and other stuff. I have a bunch of stuff i know about the saw. Here's something for you new sawers. If you want to kill someone quick and easy you have to be able to run fast. More speed you get the more damage you do. I usually bunny hop and try to skip the rough parts of the map.
  Also when I'm going up hill i run backwards first because you get more speed running backwards than forwards up hill. Also if you a chainsawer running at you what i suggest is do a back flip and land right behind him and saw him or her. He/her can't turn around and saw you because he/her will lose all his speed. One more thing, when someone is coming from up high and is about to land on you just crouch and put your saw in the air and turn it on, them let them land on you. If they have a saw and there about to land on you crouch move to the side and as soon as they land stay crouched move towards them and saw threw them.(This helps camping in red base in Kampf)Anyone got any other tips on anything else?

You don't get more speed running backwards than forward.. in fact, the fastest way up a slope is by doing the kick-jump kicks ( that is tapping the forward jump keys like there's no tomorrow ).

Flamer thing - only happen to me at inf Warehaus. You are in alpha, you die, then you spawn, you fall at the flamer kit. If you didn't choiced weapon yet you choice and... you get that weapon as primary and you get prewious primary weapon as secondary and you've got flame god mode without flamer and you're still "untouchable".

Backflips can be delayed as long as you keep holding the jump backwards keys. Once you use jet, you will do the backflip, no matter how long you have been in mid-air. This is very useful for certain climb maps.

When you are going into enemy's base, dont run in with your knife, use it as the secondary which it is. You dont have to its just that your fucked if you miss your knife...

Gain the height advantage, weapons do more dmg to the torso and head then to the feet, legs. It also helps in suppressing recoil.

If someone has the height advantage on you, throw a nade at full power at their feet to one hit kill them.

Learn how to super boost and nade boost properly and fast. Helps with escaping the enemy base, attacking the enemy base when you've just killed them so you can beat the respawn...has many other uses.

Wow... i will do it!! 

With knife, if you aren't not very good with it, go to the enemy, and when you're touching him, throw it: You don't will miss, and automatically you get a weapon, the weapon of the enemy or your knife

If the enemy is just above of you, and you're ON THE GROUND is very useful do it, just jump and go close to him (Touching him): You jump when he is falling down and you get that speed which does the knife mortal.

With LAW, if you want hit somebody, aim above of the enemy head, because the missile go don't go right, it goes down slowly. (The same happens with barret)

If you want find campers more easily, just edit in folder "Gostek-gfx" an archive named "morda & morda2" adding a dot at the right side, then, in the game every soldier will have a small dot which can be found easily if they are behind boxes/bushes etc. If you found a enemy behind a box (Looking at the dot) just throw a grenade

here's a real tip for using the minigun, If you hold down the shoot button until you start firing and keep holding it while you switch weapons, you can hold the fire key again as you switch back and fire without another startup time.

Speed is life, learn the maps and how to get threw them quicky with many guns, it will help tremendously. Don't be afraid to die if it's not R/S. Take risks. Learn to use at least 1 auto, 1 semi auto, 1 secondary, and either M79 or Barret. Biggest tip-*Have fun*-

It's not incredibly hard to move out of the way, y'know...enemies will rarely be directly above you long enough to hit anyway.

Don't lose your head, confuse your enemy by making them chase you back until your buddies come to the rescue if you need the help. Don't just try to push through, it probably won't work against anyone who has any head for tactics.

Hiding in normal mode is next to pointless in most cases. Since most scenery is partially transparent, any color difference will stand out big time. Leave the camping for realistic, where there's a reason for you to get kicked.

if playing on linear maps, try to roll when you are climbing out of a hole and just before you finish a roll jet a little so you don't loose your speed. That makes you a fast, small target and you can easily get right in the enemy's face and  pwn them with the knife or chainsaw. If you notice someone is chucking a grenade at ya, roll and jet or backflip without jets, depends on where the grenade is coming from.

Don't stay in one place more than it's good.. Move move move... Usefull on CTF, TDM...

If some people on your team are at bay due to someone in a tunnel or around a corner... just jump out into the open and toss nades like no tomorrow. Usually the people will run backward to get a better position on you and you just opened up the door for your teammates.
