The problem is, when I watched Fantasia, I wasn't old enough to appreciate it.  I liked it, but I didn't know why.

As for the animated ones? I loved all of the ones I had.
Robin Hood
Jungle Book
Sword in the Stone
Great Mouse Detective
Rescuers Down Under
Peter Pan
Fantasia

Those are the ones that come to mind, but I'm sure there were more.

Oh, and Alice in Wonderland was ****ed up.

Only anime shows I've felt any interest in over the years are Pokemon (original TV series) and various hentai.
so clearly jgrp is a goddamn anime connoisseur. his opinion might as well be law here.

Oh, and Alice in Wonderland was ****ed up.

Ok was the guy who created Alice in Wonderland really tripping out on shrooms when the idea came to him? I mean Alice falls into a world that ends up being an entire dream at the end...almost like she was tripping out on acid or something...which doesn't seem a great thing to introduce to kids. But that's my thoughts. It may have been unintentional and just meant to open children's imaginations.

Only twisted people like you would expect to see some abusive material that was unintentionally present in animated movies.

Now that when I think of it, would bananas sound better?

Has everyone forgot about the Gummi Bears?! And if it counts - The Muppets. Then there's other lovely ones such as Aladdin, TaleSpin and DuckTales... and Care Bears! <3

Alright Alice in Wonderland has a lot of metaphores that most people don't get becuase they don't read it in school much anymore. For example, when the carpenter and the other guy (forget what he is) are trying to get their clambs to their like house, it represents Christianity and Islam, the carpenter is Christianity (Jesus was a carpenter) and the other one was Islam. The metaphor is in the end all the clams get eaten either way, just like the authors thought's on religion. The book wasn't originaly a kid's book really, it just got turned into one, hence 5-year-olds don't get it.

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was almost certainly inspired by the effects of opium, but it's doubtful that Charles Dodgson (better known under his pen name, Lewis Carroll) was under the influence while making it. He fabricated the story while on a rowboat to entertain Alice Liddell and her sisters.

Yeah, but there wasn't a acid river in Wonderland, was there? So the metaphors was lost on several people.

this is the alternative ending of alice in wounderland

Alice's Mom: Wake up alice, wake up alice, wake up alice.

*alice wakes up*

Alice: Oh Mother i had the most strangest dream, it had a bunney who said everydays his unbirthday, and an acid river!

Alice's Mother: My god child! have you been smoking pot!?!

*Alice puts mariuana behind her back*

Alice: oh no mother! i havent.

Alice's Mother: then whats behind your back?

*Alice shows the mariuana to her mom*

Alice's Mother: Thats it Alice! get in the car! your going to rehab!!!

Alice: No!!! bring me back! bring me back! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....

Actually its an interesting topic, so please keep your idiot dribble to yourself. No one wants to read any of your humorless posts. Either shut the hell up and go away until your balls drop or just shut the hell up any and never come to these forums again.

Same goes for you Dr. Zombi3

Moving to your second warning it seems....
As for the classics...I hardly remember what I watched when I was a child but Ice Age never stops getting hilarious no matter how many times I watch it :)
