Just kind of a glitch I would like to inform everyone about. I would have posted in the Need help? Report bugs! section, but this isn't a bug, it's no big deal, and I know I would rather keep it instead of having it fixed. Still, I don't mind if this thread is moved, I just figured I should share it rather than report it. I mean, it doesn't give you any sort of advantage or anything...
Anyway, when you type /mercy and fire your gun before you die, your gun begins to spew blood - a lot of blood - whenever you shoot (as well as the bullet. =]). This is a neat little trick that'd probably be fun to try out on newbs and maybe noobs (how do u do dat? ur gun is shoting blod!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).
Heh. I like to use this in zombiematches.

Yeah at the start, but after a few minutes you get bored of typing "/mercy" every time you're getting killed.

It’s still entertaining though. You get to run around like somekind of blood demon that can take anything. Either that or making your opponent look very accurate. :-\

yea itll prob stay in soldat.  Had anyone else noticed that while online the only way to have other see it is to use the chainsaw?

sometimes the blood affects weapondamage by decreasing it to 0 on some occasions

Yeah, the chainsaw blood fountain thing is a blast!

I got kicked off a server by n00bs though, they thought I was hacking and using a Super Bezerker Mode hack.. lol

When you use the "blood cannon" (thats what i call it) and you sue an Auto, it also seems to confuse the enemy and makes you more difficult to hit.  It works especially well on noobs.

I use it with saw to make enemy thing im dead... (prone and saw) then i just lay there till they come over me THEN BOOM! :)

I got told that a soldat player by the name of "CYBORG" found this glitch about 5 or more years ago, Well atlest thats what he told me... I still beleive it.... Cyborg is a legend!

im sure if u go in the old soldat forum you can find the first person to bring this up and give them the credit but i hope hootie hoo feels like a dork for acting like they discovered this all by themselves
