Hammertime and upside-down topics

It looks like someone turned some settings on, made the newest post come first and changed the time to say "HAMMER TIME!" I don't know if this was an admin or someone who hacked my account. I will be changing my passsword. If it was a mod or an admin, please tell me.

I have reasoned that it was probably a mod or admin, because he changed my custom text. Only staff can do that.

On a serious note, why would chakra do that. And why is that tolerated?
