Battleye Violation

Whenever I join a server, I get kicked due to a Battleye violation. It says in the chat screen that Battleye Client is not Responding and it says (My Name) has been kicked due to Battleye Violation. But I can play just fine on any server that have not enabled Battleye.  Help  [retard]
