What the hell is happening?

I just wanna know, what the hell is happening with these forums? Chakra has a gay naruto image in his sig, people are getting all of these custom titles, forums being hacked, and not to mention the "HAMMERTIME" incident...

Have these forums fallen into anarchy or what? Maybe I missed something, but I doubt so...
 
I want some answers and I'm sure other people want em too.

People who have custom titles earned them either in a good way or bad way. :) Dang I want my own custom title.

Just you wait. Everyone will get a custom title and then the admins and mods will shift to no title at all, and then everyone's gonna start clambering to remove their titles...
