Wow, some Americans suck. (soccer-related))

Well, I live in the United States, and I was listening to the radio driving home. I was listening to a sports show, and people were calling in. The topic at hand was soccer and, one listener called in and started bitching with all the "flaws" of soccer, and when he ended his call, he made one of the funniest comments I've ever heard:

"I love my country, that's why I hate soccer."

I started laughing my ass off whrn I heard it.

Heh. Well if it's one thing us brits know, people can be overly passionate about sports. You get it everywhere, to varying degrees.

I found it funny when that italian guy headbutted that french guy in the sternum.

I voted for George Bush, I found him more comically appealing.
Also I live in Texas so it was pretty obvious he'd win that state.

and regardless of what happened with Zindane, I still feel bad for the guy. What a terrible way to have ones career end.

Who cares about all these lame pansy sports anyway? It's all about ultimate frisbee anyway.
