2 things:palletes, merged textures
« on: September 03, 2007, 07:06:43 pm »
Hi, 1221995 here. I'm having trouble with polyworks pallettes (spelling, i know) and using merged textures.

1.
Alright. I make a poly. I select the fill bucket tool. Now what? no pallette (spelling) pops up. I cant choose colors without taking them from scenery (I have to look for something with the right color, select the eye dropper tool, etc.). How do I make the pallettes (Spelling, again) show up? I also have the pallette (who cares)window checked, AND I TRIED REINSTALLING!!! :'( ??? :P :(

2.
In some textures, more than 1 texture is there. In these merged textures, the texture changes depending on the spot on the map. How do I choose what texture i want to use AND where to put?

Thanks,
1221995

1. window -> workspace -> reset window locations, then select a color from the palette.

2. Go find a tutorial on multi-texing, or just don't use them.
