That's all too true in this crazy world right now. Half the people I work with are incompetant and should never have been hired, but they have been simply to balance out the mix of races. It's just plain wrong.

And a thing that I see is becoming more of an issue lately, within higher respected positions especially, is this 'work to get payed and nothing more' state of mind people work in. I tell you it's ****ing sickening when people are eyeing the clock every three minutes and leaving on the second hand. Staying the extra five minutes to get the job done properly and clean up their **** they leave behind doesn't even cross their minds. My country wouldn't be halfway to where it is today if people had that attitude throughout history, that's what ends a country up in poverty and starvation.

What you just described is discrimination in the other direction. I want people to be hired based on their qualifications, not because they happened to be of a particular race and somehow the employer thinks they need a job more than someone else. Please do not twist my words.

Let's say you want to get a soda.  You go up to the machine, and decide to press two buttons at the same time.  Surprise! Two sodas come out! You're forgetting Arab muslims, they have also been most successful at colonizing, in fact, they managed to keep a prosperous empire running for almost a thousand years, which makes them more successful than Romans or Celts or other races.
