Blank Screen when Playing

I get a blank screen when I join or start a game. I've tried re-installing soldat but it didnt work...
Basically everything works, I went to the lobby, found my favorite server, double-clicked on the name, and was greeted by a friendly black screen. I tried starting my own game but was greeted by the black screen of death again.

Some help would be nice, especially because I CANT PLAY THE GAME UNTIL ITS FIXED... But whatever. I think I'll go eat...

Do you have an ATI video card? What are your system specs?
Do you run any other programs while playing Soldat?
Have you tried playing in Windowed mode?
Have you tried turning on Video Compatability in Soldat's config.exe?

I got it fixed. I had Video Compatibility checked and I unchecked it and Viola!
