were still learning how to use inventor pro 10 in engineer class (9th grade highschool) and today our teacher let us mess around.. i got bored and made this.. i thought it looked pretty cool

i cant wait til i can use this program better.. its a $3500 program and the school lets us download it to our home comps free!

Can't really call that art. My university allows me to download Maya and photoshop and illustrator and the're more expensive than that shit ;)

yea but thats a video game development school (right) and thats 99% computer.. engineering is like 50-60%


and it isnt art cause i cant draw and i like these topics to view all the diversity

No, I didn't draw this from my head.  I was looking at a pic that someone else drew, and used it to get ideas.  The pencil drawing I made I then colorized in Photoshop.

Looking at Espadon's work:

While I can say that is really amazing art you have going there, and a promising comic in the works of being colorized and publised, you're not quite there yet.

Foreshortening isn't overused in the panels, and you have a very nice and basic understanding of the anatomy, provided you worked out the characters in skin, fleshed them out to have clothes, and then put finishing touches on it.

The out-of-panel effect is cool, but shouldn't be overused to try to cover up some of the misproportions. And I can see that you have an impressive understanding of the mechs and the such of guns. A sci-fi theme would work for you.

The guns are great, the characters are great, the mechs are great, everything's good.  <3
