Making these things illegal leads to more problems.  Just try and ban cigs. and coffee and see how many people die because of it.  Gangs would make more money off selling that than they would selling crack.  Then they would have more guns with more rounds and a hell of alot more power.  Fuck it.  Go ahead and do it.  That would be interesting to say the least.

Don't ban anything, just tell people what will happen if they abuse stuff. That way the stupid will get themselves killed and nobody has to deal with painfully obvious warning labels and anti-cigarettes commercials.
