racism in soldat

man actually in soldat im a mexican player  who plays for fun u know but in this few weeks im been notices a few racism players, i enter a soldat server (ctf or dtm) and ome player star asking :hey were are u from ,etc etc , and then whent i say im from mex they star to say anoing thing and racism comments  like ****(ing spanish or lamme mexican ,just to name a few so please stop doing that racism sucks is for ass·oles  and noobs everyone that is racism is a ****ing idiot c ya

I've had racist comments thrown at me also, but you have to realise, the ones that do that are usually the ones who are no older than 11 years old, who think flaming is the coolest thing since sliced bread and do it to make soldat a more ''enjoyable experience'' for themselves HAHA... this usually results from constant bullying in their personal lives... just type '/mute (player name)' situation fixed!

It happens in gathers and clan wars frequently as well.

A lot of the time it's simple joking, but sometimes it goes beyond that. There's not much that you can do about it. You can try reporting it to the server administration if you feel that it's becoming a huge issue, but don't count on them to take any action (in fact, some administrators would gladly join in on such an attack). The easiest way to solve the issue is to simply ignore those players. Failing that, the second easiest way to solve the issue is to /mute them.

Just /mute them and kill them while they are trying to insult you. Then they will whine about you chatkilling them, so chatkill them some more.
At the end they leave the server in fury. Problem solved

/mute is THE BEST command in soldat. Unless you have admin. Then it's /gmute and /ban.

Man if its that big of a problem then try not telling them your mexican.  Its a shame you would have to do that but they wouldnt have a reason if you just told them you were american.  Maybe you could contact an admin and send him a screenshot of it.  Racism isnt going away anytime soon though.  As long as there are people there will be idiots.

Nibs almost always have some sort of inferiority complex, and will try the noobcalling if they get pissed at you. Let 'em rant for a while, then bash them with your (hopefully) superior intellect. Hey man, just ignore them. I can understand since I'm from Mexico. I remember once in u13 some moron tried to kick me, reason was 'beaner didn't want to mow my lawn' or something like that...he failed to get me kicked.  Usually those types of people we would think are rich spoiled white kids anyways...

If they ask you where you're from, say it loud and proud baby, no matter what they say. Just ignore them like I said.

Once someone accused me of being racist because I threatened a guy I would get him kicked if he wouldnt stop tking me. He has jew in his name and he made it an antisemitic issue. I dont care if hes jewish, just dont tk me. I aint really racist. The only times I really get annoyed w/ people from other countries is when they lag. In Soldat it dont happen much and if it does I can kick so it doesnt bother me. Its more an issue in other games where lag is a major issue (like SF, I get freaking ticked off on there over laggers).

One cool thing about soldat id lag isnt really an issue ever unless they have 300+ ping. Since 99.9% of people dont I rarely have issues. Heck I could play perfectly on dial up most of the time (except for some ping kicks). But yeah, this is about racism I just brought lag up because Ive had experiences with foreigners playing on servers on the other side of the world and lagging them badly.
