Well, Intel has demonstrated Yorkfield in the IDF, which was overclocked to 5GHz and above, by the owner of XtremeSystems. He ran several world records live in the IDF.

Though, AMD released Barcelona over a week ago, wich seems to be quite working chip. And as AMD says, 10% to 60% of increase in performance against Intel, or something, I would say it is quite false. 60% MAY be possible in special circumstances, in a test which tests raw FPU power. The 10% increase is the least they can do at this moment.
Intel bringing 45nm chips out, which seem to overclock VERY well, just like Conroes did, while AMD has hard time pushing their CPU's above 2.2-2.4GHz. Does not sound good.
